Snowflakes on Steroids

Remember my last post about being disappointed we didn't get much snow? Well, slap my face...we're getting it now. Apparently mother nature is making up for lost time, too, because we've gotten over a foot in the past 24 hours! It's not supposed to stop until late this afternoon. Too bad there's so much snow we can't get out of the driveway to get to the slopes (how ironic).

My brave husband was out there this morning, shoveling our walkway, all the same:


Tim's parents, who live in the mountains just north of here, are stuck camping out with us until the roads open back up. Good thing we've got plenty of hot cocoa and marshmallows!
