Best Grape Salad

This one tastes a lot better than it looks! My cousin, Linda, first got me hooked on this one and it's a super tasty fruit salad that is sweet enough it can also serve as a dessert. I usually slice the grapes in half, lengthwise, but if you're pressed for time you can leave them whole.

Best Grape Salad

Ingredients:

2 lbs green seedless grapes
2 lbs red seedless grapes
8 oz sour cream
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Topping:

1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup crushed walnuts or pecans

Cooking Instructions:

Wash and stem grapes, cut lengthwise, set aside. In a medium mixing bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla until well blended. Stir grapes into the mixture and pour into your serving bowl. Chill for 1 hour (or overnight).

Before serving, sprinkle topping over the grape mixture and enjoy!
