Anna found his age quite shocking.
There was much playing and frivolity. There were hats and horns and cake. We ate bratwurst and sauerkraut and drank german beer. We watched very old movies on Grammy and Poppy's film projector.

After the party, everyone was tired, even the dogs. But we all had a good time.

Happy Birthday, Timmy! We love you!
(Have you ever noticed that if you read enough children's books, you start to think like them? Maybe not the bit about the beer.)

Happy birthday! Or un-birthday by now. Watch for falling pants... it might happen slowly over the next year.
Thank you for posting the pictures. It was nice to see how much fun you all had. Happy Birthday once again BIG Brother
Happy birthday! The dogs look like party, um, animals.
Happy Birthday!
AND it's true, that bit about the children's books! Fancy Nancy has changed my vocabulary and not, I might add, for the better.
Love the dogs in hats...my dog, Molly, will be 10 on March 17. Yeah, we're having a bash. How sad is that? It's all we've got, right now...
Happy Bday Tim! Gwennie says her Uncle Tim is "old"! :)
